never made tartlets before, just trying it for the first time and its turn out just nice.. just ignore how its look, can be done better next time. The recipe used:-
250g flour
1 tablespoon castor sugar
a pinch of salt
125 butter ( i used margerine)
1 egg
2 tablespoon fresh milk
and custard on top:-
500ml fresh milk
1 tablespoon custard flour
1 egg
vanilla essence
2 tablespoon sugar
